Covenant monitoring, KYC refreshes and AML checks all depend on catching company changes as and when they occur, and there was no straightforward way to get those updates without doing a full integration to the Companies House streaming Api.
So we built the tool we wished already existed - a straightforward way for lending, AML/KYC, and compliance teams to get those changes automatically and programmatically without building and running a lot of infrastructure.

Under the hood, Company Watch is deliberately simple: a lightweight wrapper around the official Companies House API, built and run on Microsoft Azure by IT professionals, for IT professionals integrating it into their own systems. It's a small, well-run product built to keep running quietly in the background.
